Listing a property with us will require specific information and documents:
As your chosen real estate professionals, we will:
Explain the Listing Agreement, a contract that commits Homelife Landmark Realty Inc. to market your home for a specified period of time in exchange for some commission, paid upon successful closing of your home sale.
Outline the details of the agreement including the asking price, a description of the property, inclusions and exclusions, annual property taxes, and any rights of way, easements, liens, or charges against the property.
Request any required supporting documents such as a property survey, property tax receipts, deed or title search documentation.
Request other documentation such as expenses related to heating, electrical and water consumption as well as receipts for any home improvements to assist your home sale.Property description, title, location and more. (We will not list properties without a Property Title)
In order to list a property, we require a signed listing agreement, which will be sent to you immediately upon receiving the property information.
All property listings are uploaded within 5 working days of signing the listing agreement.
